Job Summary

The Treasury Management Advisor II acquires and develops new profitable and quality treasury management relationships, and retains and deepens existing customer relationships.

• Sales prospecting
• Product pricing and structuring
• Customer proposals
• Proactively build internal relationships with regional partners and relationship managers to drive TM opportunities
• Cross‑sell other bank products and stay current on competitor offerings to suggest product improvements
• Proactive management of banker relationships, including routine 1:1s, development and execution of relationship plans, pipeline reviews, pre‑call plans, partner plans, and joint calling
• Maintain and manage weekly and monthly sales results, ensuring timely entry of data and monitoring for accuracy
• Assist in outbound calling initiatives, offering new solutions to clients and ensuring Huntington is the customer’s primary banking relationship
• Mentor other Treasury Management colleagues
• Serve as a positive change agent as Huntington evolves its products and strategies
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Three or more years of banking experience with a focus on treasury management/cash management
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent of four or more years in banking and/or Treasury Management in lieu of a degree

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Three or more years of Treasury Management experience
• CTP or other professional designation
