Nail Technician CLUB

The Country Club of Jackson is a premier private, member-owned club committed to delivering exceptional hospitality, wellness, and recreational services. Our spa offers members a refined retreat centered on relaxation, personal care, and high-end service.

We are seeking a skilled, personable, and detail-oriented Licensed Nail Technician to join our spa team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will deliver premium manicures, pedicures, and specialty nail treatments tailored to our members’ needs while maintaining the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and customer care.

• Service Delivery: Provide professional nail care services, including standard and deluxe manicures, pedicures, nail shaping, cuticle care, polishing, and specialized hand/foot treatments.

• Member Relations: Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service to foster a welcoming, luxurious spa environment; build lasting relationships with members and guests.

• Sanitation & Safety: Strictly adhere to all departmental, state board, and safety guidelines regarding tool sterilization, workstation cleanliness, and product handling.

• Operations & Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked station before, during, and after shifts; monitor supply inventory and request reorders promptly.

• Compliance & Standards: Follow all club policies, spa protocols, and professional codes of conduct.

  Work cooperatively with spa staff, front desk personnel, and management to ensure seamless appointment scheduling and member satisfaction.

• Additional Duties: Perform other related duties or spa support tasks as assigned by management.

• Licensure: Valid and current Nail Technician (or Cosmetology) License in the service area/state.

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a nail technician (spa or luxury resort setting preferred).

• Schedule Availability: Must be available to work 2 to 3 days per week, with mandatory availability on Saturdays

  Proficiency in classic, gel, and specialty nail techniques, hand/foot massage, and proper tool utilization.

• Physical Demands: Ability to sit, bend, and perform repetitive hand/wrist movements for extended periods throughout shifts.
