We’re seeking the right candidate for the position of Dietician at Manhattan Community Care Center. In this vital role, you’ll ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care while collaborating with a dedicated team, providing exceptional clinical leadership and support.

• Conduct nutritional assessments of patients' health, lifestyle, and dietary needs.
• Develop customized meal plans and provide education on healthy eating habits.
• Counsel patients on nutrition issues, including food allergies, intolerances, and specific health conditions.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust nutrition plans as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals on patient care.
• Keep detailed electronic health records and administrative files.
• Stay up-to-date on nutrition research and best practices.
• May deliver public speaking engagements, workshops, and community outreach programs.
