About the PositionThis is a time limited position (NS-14). Oversee the programmatic implementation of MIECHV and PAT in assigned communities, recruit, interview, and hire parent educators, receive referrals and assign to parent educators, monitor caseloads, ensure personnel are trained and implement PAT model with fidelity through observation and evaluation, ensure timely and accurate data input and use of the reports, provides reflective supervision to parent educators, guide staff on corrections, provide direct supervision for leave, performance reviews, disciplinary action, etc.,
conduct outreach for recruitment of families and local partners, attend Advisory Committee meetings, and participate in CQISupervision:
Provides direct supervision to six (6) Parent Educators.
Prioritize work to meet deadlines. A commitment to ensuring compliance to regulations and policies/procedures, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and effective team player skills.
