In this vital role, you’ll ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care while collaborating with a dedicated team, providing exceptional clinical leadership and support.

• Lead interdisciplinary teams to meet quality benchmarks, resident, family, and employee satisfaction benchmarks, and financial goals.
• Collaborate with various teams to address business objectives, marketing strategies, and staff development.
• Drive positive customer satisfaction outcomes while creating a homelike environment that reassures families in the choice of long-term care/skilled care services.
• Provide exceptional clinical leadership and support to residents and staff.
