Social Worker Travel Contract | Jackson, MS
13 weeks | Days | 8-hour shifts | 40 hrs/week
Alto Healthcare is seeking an experienced Social Worker Case Manager for a 13-week travel assignment at the state s only Level 1 Trauma Center. The role covers all inpatient units with a daily caseload of ~15 20 patients, focusing on medical and some social discharges. You ll work alongside a collaborative social work team and receive a 2-week orientation never working solo.
Requirements:
" Active Mississippi LMSW or LCSW license
" 2+ years Acute Care Case Management experience (large academic/Level 1 preferred)
" EPIC charting experience required
" BLS required
" Flu vaccine required (medical exemption only)
" 50-mile radius rule applies (local candidates accepted at local rate)
Schedule & Details:
" M F, 8:00a 4:30p | No weekends | Holidays rotated as needed
" EMR: EPIC
" Fingerprinting required (remote or in-person prior to start)
