A company is looking for a Financial Interviewer (PAS Revenue Cycle Specialist).

Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality customer service and assist patients with registration and financial inquiries Gather, verify, and update patient demographic and insurance information for outpatient services Conduct insurance verification and financial screenings for patients, referring them to appropriate assistance programs

Required Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent One year of experience in a medical office setting or two years in a high-volume public contact position Basic computer skills, including word processing and keyboarding (minimum 40 wpm) Demonstrated working knowledge of insurances and benefits Experience in a high-stress environment with confrontational customer interactions
