Required Qualifications Juris Doctor degree Licensed to practice law in one or more states 5+ years of in-house or law firm experience in the healthcare industry 5+ years of experience in drafting and negotiating commercial and technology-related agreements Familiarity with healthcare laws and regulations, including Stark and Anti-Kickback Statutes and HIPAA
