Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MPH, MBA, MHA) preferred 5+ years of experience in program management, clinical operations, or related roles Strong analytical skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity in complex environments Experience collaborating across diverse stakeholder groups in matrixed environments Familiarity with payer, provider, or integrated delivery system environments preferred
