Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end processes for clinical site contracts and budgets Negotiate clinical site contracts and budgets, resolving issues as necessary Track contract progression and maintain appropriate documentation systems
Required Qualifications Recent contract and budget negotiation experience in a clinical trial setting (within the last 3 years)
Experience with various contract types, including CTAs, CDAs, and Master Agreements Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel Ability to escalate contract and budget issues as appropriate Experience in amending and terminating contracts throughout the study lifecycle
