- Clinic Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
- High acuity pediatric patients
- 2-5+ years pediatric nephrology inpatient/outpatient experience
- Manage children on dialysis and kidney transplant care
- Comprehensive CKD care stages 1-5
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary transplant team
- Educate patients and families on CKD management
