The University of Mississippi Medical Center (UMMC) is seeking a Cytogenetic Technician to support the Cytogenetics Lab on Main Campus in Jackson. The role involves performing routine cytogenetic procedures under supervision for diagnosis and treatment of genetic diseases.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s or Associate degree in a relevant life sciences field from an accredited institution, with strong knowledge of genetics, cell culture, chromosome analysis and lab safety standards.
