• To provide Occupational Therapy services to patients in an Inpatient Rehab setting
• Develop, document, and implement appropriate treatment plans to promote the optimal outcomes for patients with a wide range of injuries and ages
• Participates in regularly scheduled patient care-team conferences to contribute to the interdisciplinary plan of care with therapy goals, patient progress, and discharge recommendations.
• Coordinates patient care with an interdisciplinary team that includes but is not limited to: physicians, nurse practitioners, physical therapists, speech therapists, nurses, etc.
• Demonstrates the ability to work in a dynamic environment, with strong organizational and time management skills.
• A compassionate professional who encourages and inspires their patients to work toward greater independence and recovery

• Education:
  
  Appropriate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Licensure:
  Current, valid Occupational Therapy license (or eligibility for licensure) in the state of Mississippi
• Certification:
  American Red Cross BLS
• Experience:
  
  New graduates welcome to apply; clinical experience in acute care, inpatient rehab, or outpatient settings preferred.
