- Perform patient care tasks under the direct supervision of a licensed therapist.
- Assist the therapist with patient mobility activities and departmental support tasks.
- Assist with gait training, transfers, activities of daily living (ADLs), and exercises.
- Support patient transport, equipment pick‑up and delivery, set‑up and take‑down, wheelchair maintenance, infection control, compliance log maintenance, equipment organization, and routine cleaning tasks.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and excellent customer‑service skills.
- Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent (required). - Experience:
One year as a therapy technician in a related health‑care environment preferred; nursing aid or technician experience will be considered.
