Job Summary
Ensures cleanliness, orderliness, and safety in assigned areas within The Inn at Ole Miss.
Responsibilities- Use equipment and supplies to clean assigned facility areas and remove waste and recyclables.
- Monitor and secure facility interior and exterior entrances, reporting issues to appropriate entities.
- Maintain organization of supply areas and equipment, documenting inventory and requesting additional supplies as needed.
- Document and report repairs, violations, and pest control needs.
- Keep entrances free of debris, litter, snow, and ice.
- Clock in at scheduled times to clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning bathrooms.
- Replenish guest room supplies such as towels, toiletries, and amenities.
- Ensure all room equipment and fixtures are in good working order.
- Report any maintenance issues or damaged items to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Relevant experience or no experience required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
$14.00 - $21.00 per hour.
