- Conduct benchmarking and industry research to inform the evolution of the Culture & Belonging strategy
- Analyze and interpret people and program data to identify trends and gaps that inform strategy and programming
- Collaborate with Employee Belonging Group leaders to ensure alignment and shared ownership across the organization
- Assist in planning and executing workshops, events, and divisional offsites as requested by the business
- 4+ years of experience in Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging, organizational culture, or related fields
- Strong project management and organizational skills to manage competing priorities effectively
- Experience supporting or managing programs within a global or matrixed organization
- Ability to analyze data related to representation, development, retention, and employee participation
- Engaging communicator with the ability to convey ideas clearly and credibly
- Demonstrates authenticity and empathy while practicing productive candor
- Brings strong self-awareness, curiosity, and a growth mindset; adapts effectively to change
- Comfortable managing up and aligning work to priorities while naming risks or tradeoffs constructively
- Actively seeks, receives, and integrates feedback from managers and peers
- Experience with community management and engagement, including platforms like Slack
