What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Support the development and implementation of a Global Belonging Council, contributing to governance and ongoing operations
  • Conduct benchmarking and industry research to inform the evolution of the Culture & Belonging strategy
  • Analyze and interpret people and program data to identify trends and gaps that inform strategy and programming
  • Collaborate with Employee Belonging Group leaders to ensure alignment and shared ownership across the organization
  • Assist in planning and executing workshops, events, and divisional offsites as requested by the business
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 4+ years of experience in Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging, organizational culture, or related fields
  • Strong project management and organizational skills to manage competing priorities effectively
  • Experience supporting or managing programs within a global or matrixed organization
  • Ability to analyze data related to representation, development, retention, and employee participation
  • Engaging communicator with the ability to convey ideas clearly and credibly

  • Demonstrates authenticity and empathy while practicing productive candor
  • Brings strong self-awareness, curiosity, and a growth mindset; adapts effectively to change
  • Comfortable managing up and aligning work to priorities while naming risks or tradeoffs constructively

  • Experience with community management and engagement, including platforms like Slack
