Responsibilities- The People and Culture Coordinator is the first smiling face employees and applicants meet upon entering into the P&C Office.
- The People and Culture Coordinator is an essential member of the Human Resource steam dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our employees.
- Assists with general applicant inquiries, housing, benefits administration and employee initiatives in addition to other administrative duties.
- Handles all incoming calls, provides employment verifications, processes a variety of reports, maintains all general employment files.
- Ability to interact and effectively direct all levels of management and line staff on policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and execute the full onboarding experience for new hires, including preparing documentation, scheduling orientation, facilitating Day 1 processes, and ensuring a smooth transition into Four Seasons.
- Support the People & Culture team with daily operational tasks, maintaining organized workflows and assisting with communication, scheduling, and general administrative needs.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records within Workday and other HR systems, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and timely updates related to lifecycle activities.
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, managing applicant flow, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and events, such as recognition programs, celebrations, and cultural activities that enhances the employee experience.
- Prepare and run routine HR reports, support audits, and manage administrative duties to ensure the department operates efficiently and aligns with company policies and standards.
- Support the Learning & Development manager in assessing learning needs, program implementation, evaluations and hotel wide communications.
- Attend and facilitates shift briefings, Standards Testing and collating reports on a monthly basis.
- Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skill.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays, as necessary.
- Applicants are highly recommended to have some experience in Human Resources.
- A Human Resourcesor Hospitality Management Degree qualification is preferred.
- We are looking for individuals who possesses ahigh proficiency with Microsoft products and admin related skills.
- The ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity while maintaining the confidentiality of the office is essential.
- Applicants must also have a high attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Applicants must be organized and resourceful.
- Exceptional organization and detail orientation, with an unmatched ability to manage multiple priorities
