Job Description
- Execute project-based IT work across network equipment, servers, PCs, cabling, and related software
- Provide advanced technical support for escalated Service Desk issues
- Log, track, and escalate incidents and service requests as needed
- Troubleshoot hardware issues and perform basic repairs
- Lead facility-level technical implementations, including new construction and relocations
- Train and support users on technology best practices
- Collaborate and mentor within the GTS team to maintain standards and drive continuous improvement
- Support IT project planning, budgeting, and coordination with regional teams
- Adhere to GTS policies, procedures, and operational standards
- Perform other assigned duties
Salary Range: $60,000 to $70,000 per year
