Cloud is heavily reliant on the members of our technical operations team. The Systems Engineer is a full-time employee and is a critical team member ud. In this role, the employee is responsible for IT-related onboarding, support, and maintenance for Fuse.
Cloud customers. The employee reports directly to the Customer Experience Manager.

Cloud is heavily reliant on the members of our technical operations team. The Systems Engineer is a full-time employee and is a critical team member ud. In this role, the employee is responsible for IT-related onboarding, support, and maintenance for Fuse.
Cloud customers. The employee reports directly to the Customer Experience Manager.
This position is exempt from the minimum wage and overtime provisions of the FLSA. This is a full-time position. Full-time employees are regularly scheduled to work at least 40 hours per week and are eligible to participate in all Company benefits subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations of each benefit plan.
Salary:Salary to commensurate with experience. Opportunities for salary plus bonus available.
Minimum QualificationsThese minimum qualifications have been agreed upon by the Company in this job class and are based upon a job analysis and the essential functions. - Graduation from a standard four-year high school or equivalent (GED or High School Equivalency Diploma) with concentration in Computer Science or Information Technology and Information Systems preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Thorough and self-sufficient
- Ability to represent the company in a professional manner
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Entra
- Experience with remote monitoring tools (e.g., Ninja One, Automate, Kaseya)
- Proficiency in Windows and Apple operating systems, as well as Microsoft Office applications
- Working knowledge of mobile devices including Android and iOS
- Proficient experience with Microsoft Windows Servers and related modules (e.g., Active Directory, Group Policy)
- Management of firewall-related needs including access and security policies
- Highly proficient in networking (e.g., LAN, WAN, VLAN, etc)
- Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., Microsoft Hyper-V and/or VMware)
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively in a customer-facing context
- Help desk support
- Project management and customer onboarding
- Client training
- Email hosting and maintenance for clients
- Desktop support and maintenance for clients
- Network support and maintenance for clients
- Implementation of client data backup solutions
- Hardware and software upgrades
- Performing onsite service requests
- Management of on-call IT support
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work EnvironmentThis job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Must be able to travel to customer sites.

Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position, and the hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
