Quality Assurance Technical Documentation Analyst

Position SummaryThis is a 60‑month contract position requiring subject‑matter expertise and a proven track record in technical business analysis.
Description- Create and document detailed business requirements, performing analysis and outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for stakeholders.
- Author and update internal and external documentation; formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation.
- Maintain a strong understanding of documentation development, software development processes, and product life cycles.
- Determine operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, and evaluating outputs and formats.
- Improve systems by studying and documenting current state and business rules.
- Partner with team members and stakeholders across multiple business units to develop analysis and documentation collaboratively, communicating effectively with executive teams.
- Translate technical information for non‑technical audiences and business information for technical audiences.
- Apply complex knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of technical writing.
- Construct workflow charts and diagrams; study system capabilities; write specifications.
- Translate stakeholder requests into formal requirements.
- Deliver high‑quality business requirement documentation for business manuals, new development, training manuals, user guides, and system guides.
- Create and manage test cases for quality assurance.
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
- Expertise in creating and documenting detailed business requirements.
- Proficiency in authoring and updating technical documentation.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and product life cycles.
- Ability to analyze business functions, gather information, and evaluate outputs.
- Collaboration skills with stakeholders, developers, and managers.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to translate and simplify requirements for diverse audiences.
- Experience creating formal documents:
Business Requirements Document, Functional Design Document, Technical Design Document, Test Cases, etc. - Experience creating diagrams, flowcharts, and workflow diagrams.
- Familiarity with software and database development concepts.
- Experience in requirements management and mapping business processes into technical documentation.
