Overview

Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Application Developer III with strong expertise in cloud technologies, enterprise application development, and Dev Ops practices. This role requires a Subject Matter Expert (SME) capable of designing, developing, and supporting complex applications while working in a fully onsite environment.

• Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise-level applications.
• Lead development efforts using Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Build and maintain scalable APIs, backend services, and data-driven applications.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure Dev Ops.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, business analysts, and infrastructure teams.
• Perform code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Support database design, data migration, and system integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.
• Participate in full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) activities.

Operating Systems & Cloud

• Microsoft Azure – SME level (7+ years)
• Microsoft Windows Server – Intermediate (3–5 years)
• z/OS – Intermediate (Preferred)

Programming & Development

• C# (.NET / .NET Core) – SME level
• JavaScript, JSON, YAML – SME level
• Strong experience in modern application architecture and API development

Database & Data Management

• SQL / SQL Server – SME level
• Advanced experience in:
  • Data Modeling
  • Schema Design
  • Data Migration
  • API Integration
• ADABAS Database – Intermediate (Preferred)

Infrastructure & Hardware

• Experience working in Enterprise Server Environments (Intermediate)
• Developer Workstations (Intermediate)
• Familiarity with Virtual Machines (VMs) – Intermediate (Preferred)

• CI/CD Practices – SME level
• Azure Dev Ops – SME level
• Version Control (Git) – SME level
• Strong understanding of Agile and Dev Ops methodologies

• Advanced experience in:
  • Unit Testing
  • Integration Testing
  • Manual Testing
• Strong skills in:
  • Test Case Design
  • UAT Support
  • Data Testing / Test Leadership
• Experience in:
  • Performance Testing and optimization
  • Experience with legacy systems such as ADABAS and z/OS
  • Prior experience in government or public sector projects
  • Knowledge of enterprise system modernization
