** Description of the job functions the contractor will be expected to perform.

MDCPS is seeking Business Analysts / Technical Writers to work closely with cross-functional teams including Delivery Leads, SME's, Data Management, IT and end-users to ensure that our case management system aligns with business requirements and is supported by clear, accurate documentation.

Responsibilities:

-Work closely with MDCPS resources to storyboard user scenarios for case management applications-Define business outcomes for case management use cases-Develop high quality technical documentation identifying key workflows, use cases, user stories and functional specifications-Publish step by step process instructions to achieve business objectives-Define data requirements associated with clinical use cases-Review and edit technical content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency, ensuring it aligns with system functionalities and user needs.

-Organize and structure documentation in a way that is easy to understand and navigate.

-Produce clear, user-friendly content that is accessible to a diverse audience, including end users, system administrators, and developers.

-Provide feedback on the CMS from a user perspective to help improve the usability of the system

-Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field-Experience in analyzing, documenting, and implementing software solutions in a technical environment (5 Years)-Knowledge of SQL or similar query languages is preferred. (3 Years)-Solid understanding of databases, APIs, and integration concepts (5 Years)-Experience with cloud technologies, SaaS solutions, and data analysis. (3 Year)-Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail.

(5 Years)-Effective communication, organizational and time-management skills.

-Detail-oriented with a focus on producing high-quality deliverables.

-Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
