Technical Business Analyst

This position will require a qualified Technical Business Analyst to take the lead in the following tasks:

• Create and document detailed business requirements, perform analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for stakeholders
• Author and update internal and external documentation; formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation
• Understand documentation development, software development processes, and product life cycles
• Determine operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, evaluating output and formats
• Improve systems by studying and documenting current state and business rules
• Partner with team members and stakeholders across multiple business units to develop necessary analysis and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with executive teams
• Communicate technical information to a non‑technical audience and business information to a technical audience
• Apply complex knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of technical writing
• Construct workflow charts and diagrams; study system capabilities; write specifications
• Translate stakeholder requests into formal requirements
• Deliver high‑quality business requirement documentation for business manuals, new development, training manuals, user guide, and system guide

Bachelor's degree.

Minimum of 7 years of experience communicating requirements, collaborating with project managers, architects, and developers, translating and simplifying requirements into formal documents such as Functional Design Documents, Technical Design Documents, User Stories, Business Cases, Requirements Traceability Matrices, and Test Cases.

Experience creating diagrams, flowcharts, and workflows of business processes and data flows.

Experience managing test cases for Quality Assurance.

Familiarity with software and database development concepts.

Experience developing technical documentation for enterprise software users, system administrators, and other technical audiences.

Strong experience in requirements management and mapping business processes into technical documentation.

Strong experience in acceptance testing.

Practical experience generating process documentation and reports.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Visio.

Extensive experience with data visualization and translating data into actionable insights.

Experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies.

• Programming in C# and .NET
• PL/SQL and Oracle
• Scrum / Agile
• SDLC experience
