Position Overview: The Scheduler is responsible for the coordination, scheduling, and support of daily work and planning of resources specific to the assigned business unit. This role is crucial in ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Planning: Establish and execute a daily plan for the work, which may include organizing and dispatching assignments, facilitating meetings, and short-range forecasting.
• Effective Communication: Communicate effectively in line with supported business unit processes and procedures. This may involve interacting with supervision, field operations, or other operational supporting groups.
• System Utilization: Utilize various systems to monitor work, create and submit orders and requests, observe data, and make scheduling adjustments as necessary. Some roles may require a deeper dive into data review to make appropriate modifications.
• Emergent Support: Support emergent matters in line with the business unit's processes and procedures, which may include handling escalations and volume monitoring.
• Business Unit Tasks: Perform business unit-specific tasks as needed, such as various reporting, taking appropriate action, identifying training opportunities, and creating standards.

• Technical skills to utilize various systems

Education:

• Associate Degree in Business or a related field is required.
