- Determine the degree of risk on commercial policies.
- Review loss history of policyholders.
- Evaluate, accept, modify, reject, cancel and/or non-renew applications or existing policies.
- Initiate inspections and field audits.
- Provide underwriting assistance to agency force.
- Handle all duties associated with treaty exception requests.
- Act as the Flood Coordinator.
- Attend various meetings and participates in special projects.
- Develop and maintain Commercial procedure Manual.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Regular and predictable attendance is required.
Experience
Required
2 or more years of experience.
2 years:Bachelor's Degree Majoring in Business, Ag related or Risk Management or related field is preferred. Relevant combination of education and related business/insurance work experience may be substituted for degree.
