Sales Manager – Lead Our Sales Team at Our New CDJR Store in Jackson, MS!

Are you a proven automotive sales leader ready to take charge of a sales department and drive performance to new levels? We’re opening our brand-new Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram dealership in Jackson, Mississippi
, and we’re seeking a dedicated Sales Manager to lead our sales team, shape our culture, and drive exceptional results from day one!

As our Sales Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role — coaching, motivating, and developing a high-performance sales team while ensuring great customer experiences and strong sales performance.

What You’ll Do

As the Sales Manager, you will:

  • Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals for both new and pre-owned vehicles.
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales talent while setting clear expectations and performance standards.
  • Build strong customer relationships and ensure an outstanding experience throughout the sales process.
  • Work closely with Sales Consultants and support staff to maximize every sales opportunity
    .
  • Monitor sales data, develop strategies to improve performance, and adjust processes for better results.
  • Collaborate with F&I, Marketing, and Service teams to create a seamless customer experience.
  • Ensure compliance with dealership policies, manufacturer standards, and legal guidelines.
What We’re Looking For

You’re a strong candidate if you have:

  • Proven experience in automotive sales with supervisory or managerial leadership
    .
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to motivate a sales team, set goals, and hold team members accountable.
  • A results-driven mindset with excellent organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of local market trends and automotive sales strategies.
  • Valid driver’s license and good professional presentation.
