Associate Director of Risk Management

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Risk Management - Center of Excellence Operations.

Key Responsibilities Provide operational oversight and lead end-to-end planning and execution of RMCoE projects Serve as the primary project lead for strategic initiatives, ensuring clear communication and coordination across teams Identify and implement continuous improvement efforts to enhance operational efficiency within the RMCoE

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher required; advanced degree and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including 5-8 years in strategic project management within biotech, pharmaceutical, or healthcare organizations Proven track record in managing external vendors and ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards Financial acumen with experience in budget management and strategic oversight Experience in Pharmacovigilance/Global Regulatory and/or patient safety preferred
