Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of patient financial clearance functions, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures Lead initiatives and coordinate with clinic leadership to improve operational efficiency and revenue cycle processes Develop training plans for staff and provide guidance to ensure efficient financial clearance operations
Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field Six years of experience in revenue cycle management, including three years in a leadership role Knowledge of governmental and non-governmental requirements for patient financial clearance processes
Experience with multiple managed care contracts and insurance billing practices Familiarity with Epic registration and billing systems
