Wire Operations Group Manager

Responsibilities

• Responsible for leading, managing, and developing a team of Production Managers, Business Analysts, and front-line colleagues who support Wire Transfer Operations
• Establish and maintain operational standards, policies, and procedures
• Oversee the day‑to‑day operations
• Prepare and present regular reports, metrics, and analysis on operational performance, risk exposure, and productivity to senior management and key stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support the successful implementation of new treasury management products and services tied to Wire Transfer Operations
• Build relationships and trust to ensure Enterprise Payments Operations is represented in Enterprise Payments strategy conversations
• Provide operational support and expertise for the development of payment settlement tied to new/existing payment channels and services
• Stay up to date with industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and emerging trends in Enterprise Payments Operations
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiencies

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 10 or more years of wire transfer, operations, and/or payments experience
• 5 or more years of leadership experience
• Industry/Global knowledge of Enterprise Payment Operations
• Experience with wire transfer products, services, and operations
• Experience with DDA, General Ledger/exceptions account reconciliation processes
• MTS Application experience
• Familiar with ongoing trends/technologies in the emerging payments industries
• Ability to lead diverse operational teams in order to support new and existing payment strategies
• Experience and focus on modernization of production shop
• Drive partnerships with senior level colleagues across various verticals that impact TM Ops
