Retail District Manager

Role Overview

Lead and manage multiple store locations within an assigned area, overseeing all operations to meet regional and divisional goals.

• Foster a positive store culture aligned with company mission and values.
• Ensure fair HR practices and develop human capital through recruitment, training, and development.
• Drive sales growth by optimizing inventory management, merchandising, and operational efficiency.
• Implement company policies, manage budgets, control expenses, and protect assets.
• Identify new business opportunities related to store growth, merchandising, and operational improvements.
• Communicate regional priorities effectively to store teams and ensure high customer service standards.

• Proven leadership with results-oriented management in retail or similar environments.
• Experience managing multi-unit operations with full P&L responsibility.
• Strong financial analysis, inventory control, and expense management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team collaboration abilities.
• Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

• At least four years of retail management experience, preferably with multi-unit oversight.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent management experience.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and willingness to travel weekly using a company vehicle.
