Director of Quality

The successful candidate is an accomplished operations executive with a strong record of leading complex manufacturing environments. They bring a balanced leadership style: strategic enough to establish a long‑term operating vision and practical enough to engage directly with teams, processes, and performance challenges on the plant floor.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations management, business, manufacturing, or a related discipline; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Ten or more years of progressive manufacturing or operations leadership experience, including meaningful responsibility for plant, site, or multi‑functional operations.
• Demonstrated success leading cross‑functional teams across manufacturing, quality, engineering, supply chain, and related operational areas.
• Proven ability to improve operational performance through data‑driven decision‑making, disciplined execution, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, production systems, quality management, supply‑chain operations, and performance‑management practices.
• Experience developing operating plans, managing budgets, allocating resources, and achieving financial and productivity targets.
• Strong understanding of workplace safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory‑compliance expectations within a manufacturing setting.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, coaching, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to influence at all levels of an organization, from frontline employees to executive leadership.
