The Area Experience Leader – Multi Unit Leader is a full-time, on-site role based in Jackson, MS. This role oversees multiple H&R Block offices, ensuring exceptional client experiences, operational excellence, and strong financial performance across the area. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading and coaching office leaders and associates, driving sales and growth initiatives, and monitoring key performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.

The Area Experience Leader partners with training teams to support associate development, ensures compliance with company policies and tax-related standards, and implements strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention. This role also collaborates with cross-functional partners, manages local marketing efforts, and fosters an inclusive, high-performance culture aligned with H&R Block’s purpose and values.

• Strong leadership and communication skills, including the ability to influence, present information clearly, and build relationships across multiple locations.
• Demonstrated analytical skills for interpreting performance data, identifying trends, and making data-informed decisions to improve results.
• Proven sales and negotiation skills to drive growth, support local marketing initiatives, and enhance client acquisition and retention.
• Experience in training, coaching, and developing teams to improve performance and deliver consistent, high-quality client experiences.
• Experience managing multi-unit retail, service, or hospitality operations is highly beneficial.
• Knowledge of tax or financial services environments is a plus, with a commitment to learning H&R Block systems and standards.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple offices and projects simultaneously.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field preferred.
