Role:
Lead Pfizer's Cardiac Rare Disease Sales efforts within a designated US area, focusing on Vyndamax. Objectives include developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing and coaching a team of 8-9 Senior Health & Science Specialists, and ensuring compliance in promotional activities. Responsibilities encompass staff development, talent management, field coaching, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing and HQ teams. Develops business objectives, manages resources, and analyzes market data to inform local strategies, while maintaining technical expertise and ensuring high standards of sales professionalism.

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• At least 10+ years in specialty pharma, with a strong preference for Rare Disease or Cardiovascular experience, and a minimum of 3 years in sales leadership roles.
• Experience with product launches, hospital sales, and strategic planning essential.
• High-value biopharma specifics include focus on Rare Disease/Cardiac areas, with emphasis on sales leadership, customer engagement, and regulatory compliance.
• Travel is extensive across the assigned area.
• The role reports to the US Rare Cardiac Regional Business Director and involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
