* Understanding of mechanical and electrical systems used in plant operations.

* Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.

* Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.

* Knowledge of safety standards and practices (e.g., OSHA, ISO).

* Operate and monitor plant machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.

* Perform routine inspections and maintenance on plant systems.

* Record operating data such as temperatures, pressures, and flow rates.

* Identify and troubleshoot operational issues and report abnormalities.

* Start up, shut down, and adjust equipment as required.

* Follow all safety procedures and protocols strictly.

* Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area.

* Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams for repairs and upgrades.

* Assist in maintaining inventory of materials and spare parts.

* Complete shift logs and handovers properly.

* Additional duties as assigned

* High school diploma or GED required.

* High level of safety and quality

* Ability to multi-task at a fast-pace (at times), work in outside conditions during all seasons, climb multi-levels by stairs & ladders, work from elevated platforms, use hand tools (shovel, hammer, wrenches, etc.)

* Good problem-solving skills

* Mine Safety and Health (MSHA) Knowledge - Preferred

* Forklift experience - Preferred

* Computer Software - Preferred

* Warehouse experience - Preferred

* Proven experience as a plant operator or in a similar role.
