* Lead and perform mechanical installations, shutdowns, repairs, and maintenance work

* Train and mentor millwrights and support a strong safety culture

* Work with management to improve maintenance and equipment reliability

* Troubleshoot equipment issues and complete repairs with minimal supervision

* Read and interpret blueprints and schematics

* Dismantle, move, align, assemble, and install machinery and equipment

* Build foundations and secure machinery by bolting, welding, or fastening

* Operate lathes and tools to machine parts to specification

* Repair, lubricate, and maintain equipment

* Perform basic electrical tasks related to motor replacement

* Install robotic equipment and make basic program changes

* Supervise small crews and see projects through completion

* Follow all safety, quality, and food/feed safety requirements

* Work overtime and respond to emergency call-outs as needed

* Perform other duties as assigned

* High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

* 8+ years of millwright experience, including supervisory or lead roles.

* High level of safety and quality

* Ability to multi-task at a fast pace (at times), work in outside conditions during all seasons, climb multi-levels by stairs & ladders, work from elevated platforms, use hand tools (shovel, hammer, wrenches, etc.)

* Good problem-solving skills

* Mine Safety and Health (MSHA) Knowledge - Preferred

* Forklift experience - Preferred

* Computer Software - Preferred

* Warehouse experience - Preferred
