Sardis, MS - Production Supervisor 3rd SHIFT

Inca Presswood Pallets is a manufacturer of Engineered Molded Wood™ pallets, core plugs, extruded wood blocks, and other engineered wood products located in Sardis, MS.

We are currently looking for a qualified Production Supervisor for the 2nd or 3rd shift. The supervisor will oversee a 6‑7 person production crew that produces molded wood packaging products. Responsibilities include supervising crew safety and performance, conducting periodic crew training, continuously monitoring and enforcing company policies, and performing light maintenance and production duties as required. The Production Supervisor reports directly to the Plant Production Manager.

A minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment is recommended.

• Manufacturing: 3 years (Required)

• 2–3 years Manufacturing Experience.
• Must have a flexible schedule; currently scheduling Monday–Friday (Saturdays as needed).
• Must be able to perform the physical activities necessary in an active work environment such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials.
• Lift 2–40 lbs. with some positions requiring capability of lifting 50 lbs.
• Able to stand in a fast‑paced environment with typical 8‑hour shifts and occasional overtime as needed.
• Ability to work any shift and/or shift pattern, including limited weekends.
• Willing to learn from well‑trained coaches with safety and development as the priority.
• Be a part of a high‑producing team that investigates and solves problems with help from mentors and coaches.
• Ability to understand both verbal and written directions.
• Adhere to strict safety, quality, and production standards.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
