** How You’ll Make an Impact
*** Perform inspections on raw materials, fabricated components, and sub-assemblies.
* Conduct electrical, mechanical, and visual tests to ensure compliance.
* Identify and document defects, escalating issues when necessary.
* Maintain accurate inspection records and prepare quality documentation.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality concerns.
* Support continuous improvement by analyzing recurring defects.
* Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of testing equipment.
* Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
** Your Background
*** Associate degree in Welding or Mechanical Technology OR High School Diploma/GED.
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in fabrication and painting processes.
* Certified Welding Inspector (AWS) and ASNT NDT Level II VT preferred.
* Strong understanding of welding procedures and NDT methods.
* Proficiency in MS Office; SAP ERP experience is a plus.
* Ability to read and interpret 2D fabrication drawings and technical data.
