Your Role on Our Team:

The CNC Operator is responsible for producing machined parts by operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine.

You’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:

Operate multiple CNC and manual machining equipment and workstations (50%)Load/unload/inspect components to Operational Method Sheets (OMS) by use of proper gaging equipment (40%)Make offsets and adjustments as required (20%)Independently adjust and maintain part specifications and replenish component components (10%)Inform Facilitator or Department Manager about processes or equipment requiring attention (10%)Complete documentation as required or requested (10%)Participate in completion of continuous improvement projects specifically designed to improve processes, productivity, and quality, especially those related to corrective actions (10%)Adhere to all safety requirements in the work area (10%)Practice 5

Ability to read and interpret drawings and blueprints

Sufficient knowledge interpreting technical data accurately

Mechanical aptitude and basic math skills

Proficient problem solving and analytical skills

Highly detail oriented
