About the Role:
Manpower is currently hiring Heavy General Labor associates for a leading manufacturing facility in Richland, MS. This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced production environment supporting daily operations, quality, and safety.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Support daily production operations
- Count, stack, and move finished products
- Inspect materials for quality standards
- Follow work orders and production instructions
- Use basic tools and assist with clean‑up
- Maintain a safe work environment
- Assist team members and machine operators
- Ability to perform heavy physical work
- Must be able to work any shift
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong attendance and reliability
- 7‑year criminal background check
- 4‑panel drug screen
