You’ll work hands‑on within our Focus Factory, using our Lean Management system (ITM) to lead meaningful change across the entire value stream. • Drive continuous improvement using Lean/ITM principles and tools
• Partner across teams to eliminate waste and optimize processes
• Lead Kaizen events to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost
• Support deployment and maturity of the ITM system
• Coach and train teams on Lean tools and problem‑solving methods
• Lead cost reduction initiatives and process improvements
• Promote a culture of accountability and employee engagement
• Influence and guide teams through sustainable change

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, or process improvement
• Experience with Lean systems (e.g., ITM, TPS, Danaher, Honeywell)
• Strong facilitation, communication, and influencing skills
• Ability to work across all levels in a fast‑paced environment
• Lean or Six Sigma certification preferred
