• Operate production machinery and equipment in accordance with safety and quality standards.
• Perform assembly, material handling, cutting, packaging, or related production tasks.
• Review line worksheets/schedules to determine the sequence of production.
• Load recipes or materials used to produce products per the specific line schedules.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and production schedules.
• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications.
• Report equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or product defects to leadership promptly.
• Maintain accurate counts, labels, and production documentation as required.
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and free of safety hazards (5S standards).
• Neatly stack and tag finished product to be moved to next phase of operation or boxing, based on schedule.
• Assist team members and participate in cross‑training to support multiple production lines.
• Comply with all company safety rules, including PPE requirements and safe lifting practices.
• Other duties as assigned based on business needs.
• Safety‑first mindset and ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Teamwork and communication.
• Ability to inspect materials and finished productions for quality and accuracy.
• Ability to follow work instructions (SOPs), schedules, and safety rules.
• Basic computer, math and, measurement skills.
• Ability to learn new tasks and cross‑train across multiple production lines.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior manufacturing or production experience preferred.

• Manufacturing facility with machinery, moving equipment, and varying temperatures.
• Requires standing for long periods and regular lifting, pulling, and pushing.
• Use of PPE required (safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, etc.).
• Must be able to lift 30 lbs alone and up to 90 lbs with assistance.

Must be able to use cutting tools and read a micrometer, which measures the thickness.
