Your Role on Our Team:
The Machine Operator is responsible for performing basic machine operation, working with computer-controlled equipment or mechanical based machines to make sure they are set up properly, working well and producing quality products.
You’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:
Basic understanding of motor components and functions (40%)Load/unload/inspect components to Operational Method Sheets (OMS) by use of proper gauging equipment in a safe and efficient manner (30%)Make adjustments as required for change overs (30%)Identify, troubleshoot and correct minor machine time outs (20%)Setup/Operate 1 up/down workstations (20%)Perform monthly PM requirements (10%)Inform team leader about processes or equipment requiring attention (10%)Complete rework and scrap documentation as required or requested (10%)Package service parts (10%)Participate in completion of continuous improvement projects specifically designed to improve processes, productivity and quality, especially those related to corrective actions (10%)Adhere to all safety requirements in the work area (10%)Practice 5
