Your Role On Our Team You’ll Be DISRUPTIVE Through These Duties And Responsibilities- Basic understanding of motor components and functions (40%)
- Load/unload/inspect components to Operational Method Sheets (OMS) by use of proper gauging equipment in a safe and efficient manner (30%)
- Make adjustments as required for change overs (30%)
- Identify, troubleshoot and correct minor machine time outs (20%)
- Setup/Operate 1 up/down workstations (20%)
- Perform monthly PM requirements (10%)
- Inform team leader about processes or equipment requiring attention (10%)
- Complete rework and scrap documentation as required or requested (10%)
- Package service parts (10%)
- Participate in completion of continuous improvement projects specifically designed to improve processes, productivity and quality, especially those related to corrective actions (10%)
- Adhere to all safety requirements in the work area (10%)
