Operate the Prime Coater machine safely and as directed;
Set up the Coater and measure painting parameters (wet film thickness, viscosity, temperature, roll speeds);
Adjust the Coater following direction from QC Lab Tech and perform roll changes;
Clean painting equipment and move paint drums in and out of the coater room;
Monitor coating quality and document paint usage in Oracle; communicate with Production and Quality Control to resolve issues
