Marketing Specialist

Hurst Review Services is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both creative work and hands-on coordination. In this position, you will support our convention presence, social media content, and live-stream scheduling while collaborating closely with the sales and curriculum departments and our faculty. If you're a self-starter who enjoys variety in your day-to-day work, this role offers the opportunity to grow and make a meaningful impact.

• Register for conventions and coordinate shipments
• Organize and prepare marketing materials and giveaways
• Track event details and maintain inventory of supplies

• Film, edit, and post content (through Sprout) across the social platforms
• Engage with followers and monitor comments/messages
• Coordinate Tik Tok Live sessions with Faculty

• Ensure materials align with brand standards
• Design marketing materials (both print and digital) using Canva for events, social, and sales

• 2 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or a related role
• Proficiency with Canva; familiarity with Tik Tok, Meta Ads Manager, and video editing apps (Cap Cut, Premiere Pro, etc. )
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Able to manage multiple projects and timelines with close attention to detail

• Base Salary - $55,000
