Salary $160,000 - $190,000 per year

We are a family owned athletic glove company that crafts better gloves with better design and better material. We craft confidence by reminding athletes of their discipline to improve and courage to lead.

We are in growth mode. We have been in business for 6 years and have surpassed 100m in revenue last year and are looking to continue to level up and expand on that growth.

You are a data driven leader who wants to own the customer journey from acquisition to retention. You have strong experience in the sports apparel industry working across brand marketing, integrated marketing, category marketing, and performance marketing.

You ideally bring experience from football or golf and thrive in an environment of organized chaos. You also love to lead and can get your hands dirty as well.
