Position
TNAA Total Med RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Cardiac Cath Lab for a travel nursing job in Jackson, Mississippi.
Job Description & Requirements- Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab

As a Cath Lab RN, you will work with a highly skilled team of medical professionals in a cardiovascular surgical environment, assisting the physician with maintenance and monitoring of EKG equipment and during procedures such as angioplasty, cardiac catheterization, electrophysiology, valvuloplasty, stent placement, pacemaker and ICD implantation.
- Learn complex technologies effectively.
- Assist physicians with cardiac catheterization to diagnose or treat heart conditions.
- Assist with angioplasties, valvuloplasties and stent placements.
- Help implant pacemakers and implantable cardioverter-defibrillators (ICDs).
Cath Lab Travel Nurses should be able to stand and walk for long periods, bend, lean and stoop without difficulty. RNs must be able to lift 20 pounds easily and may need to lift up to 50 pounds when moving patients.
Because of the fast‑paced environment, Cardiac Cath Lab Travel Nurses must possess strong stress‑management skills and be able to relate to people of all ages and backgrounds.
Qualifications- ACLS certification
- BLS certification
- 2+ years recent acute care experience
- Additional certifications may be required before assignment
Pay package: Based on 8‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
