This is a non-state service, time-limited position. Second-level professional registered nurse accountable for serving as a member of the medical treatment team. Accountable for reviewing medical records, observing the provision of medical care provided to patients by facility staff, coordinating assessments from other disciplines, incident reporting and investigation, and discharge planning. Oversees and reviews the work and documentation of LPNs, nurse assistants, and other technical personnel.
May oversee other RNs on a shift.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail. Ability to work as part of a cohesive team. Typically requires state licensure as a Registered Nurse and 1-2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
