Position Summary

Nurse III (Part-Time) in 25 - HINDS COUNTY, MS.

Employment Type:

Part‑Time.

Salary: $68,479.15 Annually.

This is a part‑time and time‑limited position (NS‑14) located at the State Veterans Home in Jackson, MS. The Seasoned Professional Registered Nurse will serve as a member of the medical treatment team, overseeing complex or sensitive care and participating as a member of a multidisciplinary team. The nurse will provide direct patient care in a patient care setting and deliver nursing and health services in a public health program.

Responsibilities may also include mentoring or directing lower‑level employees and serving as a shift supervisor.

Typically requires state licensure as a Registered Nurse and 2+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
