Responsibilities- Assess patients to determine needs
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
- Administer prescribed medications
- Provide health education to patients, families, and significant others
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Communicate and collaborate with healthcare team members
- Provide clinical leadership and support lifelong learning
- Complete assigned goals efficiently
- Minimum computer literacy required
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) with BLS certification within 14 days of hire preferred
